Established in 2017, Jeju Noodle Bar serves Korean cuisine by using unique skills from Chef Douglas Kim’s experiences.
The signature dishes are Toro Ssam Bap, Gochu Ramyun. Toro Ssam Bap is made of fatty tuna, scrambled egg, toasted seaweed with tobiko rice. You might think the size is a bit compact, but you will taste so much flavor on the dish. Meaty and thick broth makes Gochu Ramyun much flavorful.
