Back in the days in 1970, a grandmother from Gaesung, North Korea started the restaurant in Seoul, South Korea. Now the place is carried on a third-generation by her granddaughter. The most significant taste of Gaesung Mandoo made of a lot of cabbage and bean sprouts. The taste is very light and plain taste. For Mandoo soup and Tteokguk, they use the beef brisket soup broth and use the freshest ingredients.
