You might think of a bakery shop or a cafe because of a cool interior, however, this restaurant serves raw crabs marinated in soy sauce. Mr. Bang, the CEO, worked as a fashion marketer for many years. His parents had been operated raw crab cuisine restaurants for 25 years. Mr. Bang wanted to collaborate with his parent’s recipe and his new ideas for targeting young generations. Not only raw crabs they serve but also marinated shrimp and marinated abalone they serve too. A set menu includes steamed rice, soup, and some side dishes.
