About
Established in early 1900, Imun Seolnongtang was registered as a Korean food restaurant for the first official diner. For over a hundred years, the restaurant still uses the same name as Seolnongtang. With a large cast-iron cauldron, they make bone broth for about 17 hours and skim the fat off a broth. The more intense and flavorful broth here is the most reason why they are still well-known.
