Served a Korean style of cold buckwheat noodles since 1952 near Gwanghwamun area, Mijin makes the more flavorful broth and chewy and bouncy noodle texture than a Japanese style buckwheat soba. Down to the basement of the restaurant, they have their own factory for making broth and noodles and serve the food right away. Each table has a full kettle of cold broth so that you can put the broth and the garnish as much as you want. Memil Jeonbyeong known as spicy kimchi buckwheat pancake roll is also the signature dish.
